My Policies

Deposit & Payments

Effective August 1, 2025 payment will be due no later than the clients' return date. If payment is not received by the return date, a late fee of $25 will be added to the total amount.

Also beginning on August 1, I will be requiring a 25% nonrefundable & nontransferable deposit for overnight visits.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, or Venmo. If payment is given by check, I will wait until the clients' return date to deposit.

Visitors

For liability and safety reasons, visitors are not permitted to be on the property while I am there, unless I am notified at least 24 hours prior.

Services

In the event of a breach of the listed policies, Whistle-Stop Pet Sitting, LLC, reserves the right to terminate services at any time.
